A Space For Everyone

Meg has a vision for a studio space that was comfortable, calming, space where anyone, no matter the age, level or fitness experience could come and have a great time and leave feeling rejuvenated. She worked hard with her supportive family and friends to bring this vision to life. Leave the world at the door for an hour and just enjoy the relaxing, clean and calming environment at The Barre.

The studio is available for private studio time for solo practice, events, etc. inquire for price. Please include the type of event, date and time of the event and how many people you expect to have in your inquiry.



Kalie Rice

Kalie Rice is originally from Las Vegas and moved to Pocatello to play soccer on a scholarship for ISU from 2005-08. She graduated with her bachelor’s in Exercise Science, minor in Health Education and a minor in Psychology. She has a supportive husband, Brandon Rice; and two adorable little girls Kinsley and Mavrik! Kalie loves all things exercise, sports and the outdoors. Her family, faith, and friends are the most important things to her!

Megan Ray

Meg was born and raised in Pocatello and later attended BYU where she earned her Bachelors in Exercise Science. While attending college she taught ballet at two different private studios in Saratoga Springs and Spanish Fork, Utah. She has always had a passion for dance and fitness. She is a Personal Trainer (NASM) and IBBFA Barre Certified.

Meg is so excited to share her passion for fitness and love of Barre workouts through the variety of classes she teaches; (Barre, Barre Burn, Strengthen and Lengthen, Cardio Barre etc.) Meg is married to a loving and supportive husband, Ryan, and has two beautiful boys, ages six and one. She wants to share ‘The Barre experience” with the whole city of Pocatello!

Monica Keller
Monica Keller

Monica has worked in the fitness industry for the past ten years. She is a personal trainer (ACSM) and is certified in group exercise (AFAA), kettlebells (CrossFit), Pilates matwork (PhysicalMind Institute), BodyPump (Les Mills), Tabata Bootcamp, and suspension training.  She teaches group exercise classes, coaches small group training, trains the Pocatello Lacrosse Team, and collaborates with YouTubers to bring workouts online.

Monica has a Bachelor of Science in Radiographic Science. She is married with two children and loves anything to do with her family, fitness, or yoga.
Jenny Beckstead
Jenny Beckstead

Jenny has been a yoga instructor for just over 2 years. She received her level one and two certifications from Salt Lake Power Yoga and is licensed with the Yoga Alliance. She teaches a Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which incorporates movement, breath, and heat into a balance of exercise and meditation. She assists to help her students achieve natural body alignment and the benefits of therapeutic massage. Jenny also loves to run and has run one marathon and several half marathons.

She is an avid reader and writer and loves to hang out with her kids. Her favorite time to do yoga is early in the morning, and to enjoy the natural caffeine that early morning yoga provides.
Waylon Wade
Waylon Wade Yoga

Waylon attended his first yoga class in 2011. He first used yoga to pass the time because of a low snow year and he couldn’t go skiing. He soon discovered what an important role yoga played in his life.  With the combination of overcoming his childhood home burning down in a forest fire and attending a yoga festival in 2012, he knew he wanted to become a yoga instructor and share what he had found with yoga.

Waylon traveled to Mexico in December of 2012 to become a certified yoga instructor. Waylon likes his classes to be a mix of challenging the physical body while

connecting with the emotional and mental body. Waylon’s classes can be challenging, but with his sense of humor, he can make anyone feel welcome. Waylon believes that with a steady yoga practice we can learn to overcome obstacles in our life. When we overcome something we find challenging on our mat, we can take that same attitude out of the studio into our everyday lives. When we learn to use the breath to work through a challenging pose we can use that same breath to work through anything our daily lives present to us.

I’m Ashley! I am a mama to two Cute daughters and owner at The Treehouse Daycare & Preschool! I love being outdoors and traveling with my family, or hanging out with friends. I teach Pound at The Barre and it is the BEST! It’s such a fun and different way to work out and it gets people excited about being active!

Cassidy Lee

Cassidy is a mom to two cute little ones and is a teacher at Grace Lutheran.  She loves being with my family and friends traveling or just staying home playing games! She teaches Pound and loves being able to help people be active while having the best time ever!

Cheli Brubaker

Cheli is a Southern California native but relocated to Pocatello in summer of 2015. Formerly a dancer, as well as a gymnast, her two young & quite active boys, have kept her busy while on hiatus from fitness. She is a lover of music, people and staying active. PoundFit embodies all of those so she got certified in October of 2016 and has has been teaching at The Barre since. Besides teaching Pound; Cheli helps run her husband’s publishing company, loves to cook and makes handcrafted jewelry to help keep her artistic spark alive.
