Waylon Wade
Waylon Wade Yoga

Waylon attended his first yoga class in 2011. He first used yoga to pass the time because of a low snow year and he couldn’t go skiing. He soon discovered what an important role yoga played in his life.  With the combination of overcoming his childhood home burning down in a forest fire and attending a yoga festival in 2012, he knew he wanted to become a yoga instructor and share what he had found with yoga.

Waylon traveled to Mexico in December of 2012 to become a certified yoga instructor. Waylon likes his classes to be a mix of challenging the physical body while

connecting with the emotional and mental body. Waylon’s classes can be challenging, but with his sense of humor, he can make anyone feel welcome. Waylon believes that with a steady yoga practice we can learn to overcome obstacles in our life. When we overcome something we find challenging on our mat, we can take that same attitude out of the studio into our everyday lives. When we learn to use the breath to work through a challenging pose we can use that same breath to work through anything our daily lives present to us.

’m Sara and I am SO excited to be a new addition to The Barre family! My husband and I have just moved here to Pocatello from Logan, Utah! My husband will be doing the pharmacy program here at ISU. I work as an RN on the Cardiovascular floor at PMC. We have a three year old that sure keeps me on my toes!

In my spare time I love spending time with family + friends, teaching H⚡️GH and barre, running (I’m always looking for a race), biking, hiking, dancing, boating and baking. The hardest part about leaving home was leaving behind the close friendships I made through being a fitness instructor at the studio I was at. When I came to Pocatello, The Barre jumped out at me as something so similar to where I came from. I talked to Meg and sure enough, fell in love with The Barre. It felt like home. It’s made this transition so much easier for me knowing that I will have that same opportunity again to make those friendships and find that happiness through teaching and being around amazing people each day. I’m so excited to get to know you all and give you some butt-

Dakota was born and raised in small town Lava Hot Springs, and after a short time in Twin Falls, she met her husband Josh and returned home. Dakota grew up dancing, and has trained in many styles of dance and has taught dance classes for most of her adult life.

She has always had a passion for movement and started practicing yoga after her second son was born as a way to deal with postpartum depression and she found a love for it. Buti Yoga found her and it soon became her soulmate workout. She loves that it takes the mindfulness of yoga and gives you the freedom to move with the music. Dakota has always had a love for teaching so when she got the chance to get certified she jumped at the chance and became a certified instructor in October of 2018 and has been teaching since. Dakota is excited to share this practice and hopes through teaching she can inspire, connect and share what she loves with all of you. Outside of teaching fitness and dance Dakota spends most of her time outdoors with her two boys.

I am certified with the International Barre Association. My passion for teaching consists of 25+ years of various types of dance and performing arts. I love helping people feel good through movement. Five years ago, I began the journey of body building, competing in many competitions as an NPC bikini competitor.
