BARRE CLASSES

We obviously love Barre here so we offer several different kinds of classes; Barre, Barre Fusion, Upbeat Barre, & Strengthen and Lengthen.  Barre is a workout inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It is an effective total body workout focused on low-impact, high intensity movements. This low-impact workout focuses on isometric exercises that will strengthen your arms, legs, core and back, while improving your posture and flexibility. You’ll use equipment, like a mat, free weights, exercise bands and exercise balls. After working each muscle group to the point of fatigue, muscles are stretched for relief to create long, lean muscles.

YOGA

Yoga is a mind and body practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. Yoga increases general health, reduces stress, improves flexibility and muscle strength, and alleviates certain physical symptoms, such as chronic pain . We offer different styles and levels of yoga such as Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Fusion, Yoga Flow, and Restorative Yoga.

FITNESS

These classes are high energy, lots of cardio, but a workout that will have you sweating, smiling and having fun! These are our Kettlebell, HIIT, High Fit, and Tabata classes. They are a great way to get a good sweat while defining, sculpting and building lean muscle.
